Clients are required to pay a non-refundable, $50 deposit to book an appointment
(via E-Transfer to wildkayte@hotmail.com) that will be deducted from your final payment.
Please send this deposit within 30 mins of booking.
A non-refundable $10 deposit is required for brow tint, brow wax, or brow tint & wax services, if it is the ONLY service you are receiving. If these services are included with another service during your appointment, then the deposit required will be $50 with the lash booking.
CASH preferred after booking, Debit, Credit, E-Gift Card also available for payment.
This deposit is required to avoid cancellations and no shows.

Once your deposit is received, your appointment is confirmed through TEXT or Email through Square Booking App.
No shows, cancellations, and late notification of rescheduling will result in forfeit of deposit.
BOOKING
If you must reschedule your visit, please notify us 24 hrs advance so that other clients can enjoy our services. You may not reschedule the same appointment more than twice.
No shows, cancellations, late notification of rescheduling and more than two requests to reschedule are subject to a cancellation fee, which will be the deposit paid.
CANCELLATION
We want you to adore your beautiful new lashes! We guarantee your lashes within the first 48 hrs.
Adornful Lash Boutique makes all efforts to give our clients the best lash retention. Our lash room's humidity is always set with precision so that the lash adhesive is applied in its most optimal conditions.
Lash retention can be affected by many client-related factors, so please ensure to follow the protocols of preparing for your lash appointment (found on the "Book Now" Page under "Services") and ensuring proper aftercare for your lashes.
If you experience poor retention or are not satisfied with your lashes, please contact us immediately (within 48hrs of the service). We offer a ONE TIME 30 mins complimentary service! This touch-up appointment must be booked within 48hrs of your service date.

WildKayte Studio wants to ensure the health and safety of all our clients.
If you feel unwell, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.
1) Masks are to be worn during your service! Please bring your own mask!
(due to new covid protocols in Edmonton, it is optional for clients, but with all services, the technician will wear one)
2) Hand sanitizer is used, and a bathroom open for use.
3) If you arrive with symptoms, you will be turned away and charged the cancellation fee.
4) Bring only yourself and essential items! No guests, please.
LATE POLICY
When you arrive late to your appointment, you shorten the amount of time available to beautify you and to the clients following you! This forces your service to be rushed and your service may be incomplete.
We value your lash integrity and want to provide a high quality service, thus every minute scheduled is needed to create your dream lash look!
Please let me know if you are running late! If you arrive late to your appointment by 20mins or more, your appointment will be considered as a cancellation or no show. Your deposit and scheduled appointment will be forfeited.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on deposits and for services already rendered, but if you are not satisfied with your lashes and/or brows, we do offer a guarantee!
